Mr. Mushoke Sibeya (arbitrator Labour Law)
Holds an LLB honours degree from the University of Namibia that he obtained in 2021 offering 4+ years valuable experience in the legal fraternity as a Candidate Legal Practitioner (Lawyer) at Sibeya & Partners Legal Practitioners as well as Muluti & Partners Legal Practitioners. His experience is vested in private defense, and further as Presiding Officer from 01 July 2023 having presided over 80+ disputes in regards to all natures of labour disputes as a Conciliator and Arbitrator at the Office the Labour Commissioner, Republic of Namibia.
Mr. Sibeya further obtained an international certification on 19 December 2024 from the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization located in Geneva Switzerland in the course of Mediation and Conciliation of labour disputes illustrating mastery of globally recognized practices and principles.
