Professional Career:
1992 to date: Acted as advocate in at least 400 cases in courts of first instance and appellate courts in Namibia concerning general commercial and administrative law disputes.
1989 to 1991 Practised as attorney in Windhoek, Namibia.
Experience in Arbitration:
1989 to date: Acted as counsel in at least 20 national and international arbitrations. The national arbitrations were held under ad hoc or PAMAN arbitration rules. The international arbitration was about a major aviation dispute involving Air Namibia conducted under the IATA rules, initially at Genève and later under the rules of a London based body in London. Acted as arbitrator in at least 10 national arbitrations concerning commercial and construction matters.
