1989 to date: | Acted as counsel in at least 20 national and international arbitrations. The national arbitrations were held under ad hoc or PAMAN arbitration rules. The international arbitration was about a major aviation dispute involving Air Namibia conducted under the IATA rules, initially at Genève and later under the rules of a London based body in London. Acted as arbitrator in at least 10 national arbitrations concerning commercial and construction matters. |
